This is a German plate, which is marked by the letters RZB, and the name K&M Mostny, which I assume to be the company that made it.
The outer rim is covered with 22 Karat Gold and the plate itself is 7 3/4" in diameter and is in mint condition with no wear, cracks, or chips on it at all.
This original, and first set of five French Doll plates, are limited to 5000 each.
The plates are 8 1/2" in diameter with a gold border and individually numbered, with the history of each plate on the back.
This plate would make an excellent addition to any collection.
Once again here is "The World's Most Magnificent French Dolls on the Finest Porcelain Plates", by Mildred Seeley.

This is an excellent set of plates to add to any collection. It is a reproduction from the Yung-Dneng Porcelain Period, of 1723-1735. There is some fine detailed artistic work in this plate.
